Whether you’re struck by inspiration in the middle of a meeting or planning a big announcement for next week, these tools are here to help you share your voice at the perfect time.
📝 Save Your Ideas with Drafts
Ever started writing a post but realized you needed to double-check a detail or find that perfect photo? Now, you don't have to worry about losing your progress!
How to use it:
Start Your Post:
Begin writing your post as usual.Save for Later:
Click the X button in the top right of the pop-up window, and when asked if you want to save the post as a draft, simply click the Save draft button.
Find Your Drafts:
You can find all your saved ideas in the new "My Drafts" section (located at the top of the screen).
Pick Up Where You Left Off:
When you're ready to finish the post and send it, just click the Options button, and then Edit post in order to keep editing your post and share it with the team!
Please note:
Only standard posts can be saved as drafts. This feature is not available for Featured Posts.
⏰ Timing is Everything: Schedule Your Posts
Do you have a "Monday Motivation" post ready on Friday afternoon? Or perhaps you want to celebrate a team milestone while you’re out of the office? Now you can!
How to use it:
Create Your Masterpiece:
Draft your post and add your images or videos.Set the Date:
Click the Schedule icon 📅 (next to the Publish now button).
Pick Your Moment:
Select the exact date and time you want your post to go live, and click Save.
Relax:
Hit Schedule post and we’ll take care of the rest!
Your post will automatically appear on the wall at the time you chose 👌
⏩ Duplicate Your Posts
You might have a post which also should be posted to other groups. No matter if it has already been posted, or if it is drafted or scheduled, you can easily duplicate it and post it to a new group.
Simply go to a post, click the Options button, and select Duplicate.
All text, media and settings from the original post will be the same in the duplicated version (except the "Visible from" and "Visible to" dates for Featured Posts). All you have to do is select a new group for the post to be published in, and click Publish now (or schedule it).
🛠 Managing Your Posts
Need to change the time of a scheduled post, duplicate a draft to another Pulse group, or delete a draft?
No problem!
Simply head over to your Saved drafts or Scheduled posts pages.
From there, you can:
Edit any scheduled post.
Reschedule to a new time.
Publish right away.
Duplicate a post into other Pulse groups.
Delete anything you no longer need.

Spend 15 minutes on Monday morning drafting and scheduling your updates for the entire week. It’s a great way to stay active on the Social Wall while keeping your focus on your most important tasks!
