All Motis created by either a Single Editor, Training Editor, or Pulse Editor must be approved by either a Chief Editor or an Organization Admin before it's possible to publish it.
Once the Moti creator submits it for approval, the Chief Editor and/or Organization Admin associated with the Moti will receive a notification via email immediately (see here for more details). It is then a quick and easy process to approve it. You can see the steps involved detailed here:
Approving a Moti:
- Click the Review button in the email notification email to go straight to the Moti in question if you are already logged in, otherwise log in to your Motimate account, and open Studio.
- Search for the Moti you are planning to approve.
- If you wish to approve immediately, without reviewing, you simply click the green Approve button, and the Moti is approved. If you wish to reject it, simply click Reject.
- If you wish to review the Moti first, hover the cursor over the Moti in the list, and then click the Eye icon on the right hand side to open a preview of the Moti. The preview will open in a new window.
- You can also open the Moti Settings, to Approve or Reject the Moti there.
Congratulations! You have now approved the Moti!
