Think of Prompt to Moti as your AI-powered drafting partner. Instead of staring at a blank canvas, you simply describe what you need, and Moti builds the foundation for you in seconds.

How It Works

Getting your first draft ready is a simple four-step process:

1. Describe Your Vision: 
   In the editor, type a clear description of your training topic (e.g., "Cybersecurity basics for remote employees" or "Best practices for restaurant food safety").
    

2. Set Your Parameters: 
   Customize the output by selecting your preferred chapter count, font style, and Detail Level.
    

3. Generate: 
   Watch as the AI instantly assembles a complete Moti draft based on your instructions.
    

4. Refine: 
   Once the draft is ready, you’ll land in the standard Moti editor to add your personal touch, swap images, or tweak the wording.

📝 PDF To Moti

This feature will generate Motis with the following elements:

• Course title and chapters
  Based on PDF structure
   
• Text
   
• Gallery
  Images pulled from the PDF, or suggested from Unsplash
   
• Quiz 
  Multi-select question type only

Step 1: Upload Your Document

1. Navigate to Studio and click Compose to create a new Moti.
    
2. Click Browse to upload a single PDF file from your computer to use as the basis for the course.
   
   
    
3. Upload the single PDF file.
   Note: For the initial release, only one PDF is allowed per Moti, and the file size should be less than 15MB.

Step 2: The AI Generates the Course

The system immediately processes your PDF to extract text and embedded images.
 

The AI then works its magic 🪄✨ and automatically perform the following actions:
 

• Creates Chapters: 
  Splits the text into a logical course outline with distinct content blocks (e.g., Text blocks).
   
• Adds Visuals: 
  Extracts relevant images from your PDF and enriches courses with supplementary images from Unsplash, assigning them to the corresponding chapters.
   
• Generates Quizzes: 
  Creates a simple Quiz block (multi-select questions only) based only on the text content in the generated course.

Step 3: Review and Refine in the Editor

Once the outline of the course is complete, you are automatically taken to the Moti's Editor for review. This is where you finalize the content:

1. Proof read:
   Like all AI features, mistakes can happen. Always review the result before you publish.
    
2. Edit Content:
   Edit, reorder, or rename the automatically generated course blocks to perfectly match your learning objectives.
    
3. Manage Visuals:
   Remove or move the images extracted from the PDF, and add new media and visuals. Upload your own or import from Unsplash directly in the Moti Editor.
    
4. Translate:
   Generated courses can be translated manually or automatically.
    

5. Publish:
   Once you are satisfied with the result, hit Publish to make the new training available to your employees!
