Ensure your courses really hit the spot, and catch any room for improvement by collecting valuable feedback from your users after they complete your courses. While course ratings previously had to be toggled on or off for all your Motis, you can now decide for each course whether ratings are Off, On, or Optional - giving you full control over this feature 👍👎👌
This setting only determines whether or not you expect users to provide you with a course rating (1-5 stars). The written feedback is always optional.
The default setting for all your courses will continue to be On, but you can now easily change this on a course-by-course basis in the Settings page for all your Motis:
- Go to Studio, and find the Moti you want to update.
- Once you have opened the Settings for the Moti, scroll down to find the Moti ratings section.

Here you can see the existing ratings and feedback for the course, as well as the dropdown which allows you to change the course rating setting (Off, On, or Optional).
Please note:
If the Moti Rating feature is not enabled for your MotiSpace, the above settings will not be available to you. To enable this feature for your MotiSpace, go to enable it here:
