How to use Learnings in Insights?

Insights reporting has been redesigned to provide a simplified, live-data overview of training performance and compliance! This gives you immediate, actionable visibility into your team's training progression. Instead of digging through multiple long reports, you can now quickly monitor real-time completion ratios, see which users haven't completed specific training in your scope, and export compliance data exactly when you need it. 📊

Learnings Overview

The Overview page serves as your operational dashboard, summarizing high-level performance across all training assigned within your scope.

Navigate to: Insights → Learnings → Overview
 

What you'll find & how it works:

• Timeframe Selector:

  Use the date range dropdown in the top-right corner to set the reporting window for the entire page, using the preset ranges (This month, last month, this year, last year, etc.).

  

• Most Completed Motis & Least Completed Motis (Top 10): 

  Displays side-by-side rankings showing which trainings have the highest and lowest completion rates, including exact completion counts and percentages. Clicking on any listed Moti jumps directly to that course's detailed breakdown in Reporting. Click Export on either card to download the top 10 list.

  

   

• Group Completions:

  Displays rankings for the top 10 groups with the most completions and the lowest-performing groups. Use the dropdown in the card header (e.g., country, region, or department) to change the organizational tier being compared. Clicking into any group opens Reporting with a preset filter applied for that group! Download group completion ranking data directly with the Export button.

  

   

• Average Moti Score:

  Shows user satisfaction ratings and feedback scores across assigned trainings. Includes an Export option.

  

Learnings Reporting

The Reporting page is your central hub for detailed course compliance and user tracking. Here you can search across all learning content, filter by groups or playlists, and drill into individual courses to see exactly who has completed or not yet started their training.
 

Navigate to: Insights → Learnings → Reporting (or by clicking into a Moti/Group from the Overview)

Main Reporting View (Course Catalog)
 

• Search: 
  Quickly search for any training by title.

   

• Filters: 
  Filter the catalog by Groups and/or Playlists.

   

• Export:
  Download your filtered training catalog overview.

Detailed Training View (Clicking on a Moti)
 

• Headline Metric Cards: 
  At-a-glance numbers for Assigned users, Started, Completed, and Completion rate.

   

• Users Tab: 
  Lists all assigned individuals, their assigned playlist (e.g., Mandatory), current completion status (Not started, In progress, or Completed), due date, completion date, chapter progress (e.g., 4/4 100%), and visual progress bars:

  

   

• Groups Tab: 
  Aggregates completions by sub-group, allowing you to pinpoint specific branches or regional teams that may be lagging behind:

  

   

• Course Filters & Export: 
  Use the Filter button to narrow by Group or Playlist, and use the Export button to download user or group completion lists to Excel, CSV, or PDF.
   

Things to Keep in Mind
 

To ensure you get the most out of the new Insights Reporting, please note the following details in this release:
 

• Live Data Model: 
  Insights operates entirely on current, live data to ensure your completion rates and compliance figures are always up to date.

   

• Overview Drilldowns vs. Direct Navigation: 
  Clicking a Moti or Group on the Overview page acts as a shortcut into Reporting with pre-applied filters, while navigating to Reporting from the left sidebar lets you search and filter the full catalog from scratch.

   

• Data Refresh Indicator: 
  Check the "last refreshed" timestamp at the top of the reporting view if numbers show slight variance during live training rollouts.
