If a selected period has no activity, you'll see a clear message: "No active users during this period."
For Organization Admins

- See metrics like Sign-ins, Activity Rate, and the Most Active Day for your users.
- Track the number of users Not Signed In.
- Compare current period activity to the previous period for "This..." time filters (e.g., "This month" vs. "Last month").

- New users registered (new approved users in the selected period)
- Users Awaiting approval
(Soft-deleted users are always excluded from these counts.)
- Groups Count (Live Data):
- View a real-time count of your groups.
- If your organization uses Group Admin Assignments, you'll also see the number of groups generated by Group Admins and Group Super Admins via this function.
- User Roles (Live Data):
- Understand the distribution of unique user roles across your organization.
- Number of Completed Motis in Total:
- Track the total Motis completed for the current period, since the last period, and All time (includes data from deleted users).
- Pulse Activity (Historical Data):
- Exclusively for Organization Admins, this section provides insights into social engagement on Pulse.
- View Total posts, Total comments, Total Posts likes, and Total Comment likes.
(Note: Pulse activity data begins from January 2025. These metrics does not distinguish between normal posts and Featured Posts)
For Group Admins and Group Super Admins
If you're a Group Admin or Group Super Admin, your sidebar menu will feature an Activity page. This page provides essential insights tailored to your responsibilities:
User Activity Graph: You'll see a dedicated User Activity graph that displays historical data only for the groups you manage. This graph includes the same time filtering options as for Organization Admins.
Please note:
As a Group Admin or Group Super Admin, you'll view live Pulse activity data directly through the Pulse tab itself, and you won't see historical Pulse activity data on this Activity page.
For organizations using Aliases (Organization Admins only)
If your organization utilizes aliases, the first page of the Overview will include a dropdown menu where you can select a specific alias to view data for.
- By default, the "All Sub-Organizations" option is selected, showing data across all aliases.
- Once an alias is selected, the page will focus on User Activity and Pulse Activity for that specific alias.
- When expanding the User Activity section, the available groups in the dropdown will be limited to those belonging to the selected alias.
To change the alias being viewed, you'll always need to navigate back to the main Overview page.
(Note: This alias filtering applies to all users with the Org Admin role.)
We hope this new Insights Overview empowers you with valuable data to drive engagement and optimize your Motimate experience!
