We know that there's always some people who need an extra push. You therefore have the opportunity to create and send out invitation reminders to users that have not yet logged in. You can find instructions on how to adjust the standard invitation and create an invitation reminder email here.
To send invitation reminders:
- Log in to your Motimate account.
- Click the Settings button in the top right corner of the screen, then select MotiSpace Settings
- Go to Messages in the left side panel, then select the tab for "Email Reminders" (or "SMS Reminders" if you are using SMS rather than email for user communications).
- Ensure the Reminder text is how you like it (see full guide on how to update invitation and reminder text here).
- When you are happy with the text, select Users from the panel on the left.
- Click on Filters and then tick the box for Never logged in.
- Click Apply Filter.
- A list of all users who have not logged in will then be shown. Choose the users that you would like to send reminders to and select Batch Actions.
- Then, select Send invitation reminders.
