Find debug information:
1. Go to settings in your Motimate App for mobile. You can find this by clicking on the menu tab in on the top right of your Motimate App home screen.
2. Click on the settings tab
3. Click on "Copy debug information".
4. Paste the debug information into an email and send to support@motimateapp.com
