A Kahoot! can be a fun, entertaining and competitive way to engage your audience in a Moti. You can add both a Regular Kahoot! and a Kahoot Challenge.
What is a Regular Kahoot! and what is a Kahoot Challenge?
There are two ways to embed a Kahoot! in your Moti.
Regular Kahoot
A regular Kahoot which is live and needs to be managed by a Kahoot host
Kahoot Challenge
Can be played anywhere and anytime. Questions and answer alternatives are displayed on each player’s screen. The Kahoot needs to be completed within a certain deadline set by the host.
Add a regular Kahoot!:
- First you need to create an external content block. See instructions here.
- After your Kahoot! is ready, is it important to set the Kahoot! as Public or Unlisted. If its Public, everyone can see and search it up. If its Unlisted, is it just visible for the users that have the URL. And it works to add it into a moti.
- Choose Edit and Setting, and choose Public or Unlisted
- After this is done, you are ready to add your Kahoot! to your Moti.
- Go to this view, and copy the last numbers of your URL.

- Now its time to add your link to the content block (External)
- Paste your link into the field called An external URL
- Add a Title and A short description if you want. Tap Save, your Regular Kahoot is ready to use!
Add a Kahoot Challenge
- First you need to create an external content block. See instructions here.
- Go to the same view as in step 2 under Add a regular Kahoot
- Tap play, and choose Challenge.
- Turn the question timer off and set a date.
- Choose Create
- Copy the Game Pin
- You are now ready to add your Kahoot Challenge to your Moti:)

- Add a Title and A short description. Tap Save, your Kahoot Challenge is ready to use!
