How to invite users in MotiSpace settings

Log in to Motimate on the web and open MotiSpace Settings from the cogwheel in the top-right corner.

(Optional) Go to Messages and review your email/SMS invite and reminder templates so they look the way you want before sending the first invitations.

In the left menu, click Users to open the full user list.

Use filters like Never invited or Never logged in (or select specific users) to choose who should get their first invitation, and avoid selecting your own admin account, as this will reset your password.
Click Batch actions → Send invitations, then confirm. The selected users will receive their invite by email and/or SMS within a few minutes.
