MFA is designed to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to an account. This article explains how to reset MFA for users in MotiSpace Settings when needed.
Resetting MFA in MotiSpace Settings:
- Log into your Motimate account via Web.
- Go to MotiSpace Settings.
- Click on Users.
- Choose the user that needs to reset MFA.
- Click the three dots in the Account details, and choose Reset multi-factor authentication.
Congratulations! You have now reset MFA for your user.
The next time the user log in, they need to set up MFA again. It is important that they follow the steps in the link below.
Only Organization Admins can reset MFA for other users.
